There is no need to register to open a support ticket. Simply click on "New Support Ticket" under "How Can We Help You Today". You will be asked to enter your email address, the subject of your question, and then a description of the assistance you require.
However, if you register an account by clicking the "Sign Up" at the top right of the page, you will have a historical record of all support tickets and their solutions. When you register, all you need to do is enter your name and email address, and check the CAPTCHA "I am not a robot" box. That's all there is to it!
